This role is responsible for recruitment, workforce planning and fulfilment, compliance, payroll administration, colleague engagement, and HR operations support.\nWorking closely with operational managers, workforce planners, HR Shared Services, Learning & Development, and the People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and help deliver an excellent colleague experience throughout the employee lifecycle.\nThis role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication, administration, and systems skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkforce Planning & Fulfilment\nSupport workforce scheduling and deployment across all operational departments.\nMonitor staffing levels and escalate workforce gaps where required.\nAssist with workforce contingency planning to ensure operational coverage during peak periods and major events.\nMaintain accurate workforce records and management systems.\nRecruitment & Resourcing\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities across all roles.\nScreen applications, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines to meet ongoing workforce needs.\nSupport recruitment campaigns and attend recruitment events.\nDeliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.\nCompliance & Employee Lifecycle\nEnsure all pre-employment documentation and Right to Work requirements are completed before employment commences.\nMaintain accurate employee records in partnership with HR Shared Services.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities in line with company procedures.\nConduct compliance audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.\nMonitor adherence to underage working regulations and escalate any concerns.\nMatch Day & Event Operations\nSupport workforce operations for match-day and non-match-day events.\nAct as a key point of contact for workforce-related queries.\nCoordinate workforce communications, accreditation, and access requirements.\nResolve workforce issues relating to attendance, availability, and payroll.\nPayroll & Administration\nPrepare and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy of hours worked and employee records.\nMaintain high standards of administration and record keeping.\nSupport payroll query resolution and workforce reporting.\nStakeholder Support\nBuild strong relationships with department heads and operational managers.\nProvide guidance on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, and people processes.\nAct as a first point of contact for workforce-related enquiries.\nPromote best-practice people processes across all departments.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain HR, recruitment, and workforce management systems.\nProduce regular reports on recruitment, workforce fulfilment, compliance, attendance, and labour costs.\nSupport workforce analysis and performance reporting.\nContribute to engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\nExperience in People Operations, Recruitment, Workforce Planning/Fulfilment, Payroll, or a related field.\nExperience working within a fast-paced operational environment.\nExperience managing large casual, seasonal, or event-based workforces.\nStrong experience using HR, payroll, recruitment, and workforce management systems (experience with Ubeya, SmartRecruiters, iTrent, and SAP SuccessFactors is desirable).\nKnowledge\nRecruitment and selection processes.\nRight to Work and employment compliance requirements.\nWorkforce planning and resource allocation principles.\nPayroll administration processes.\nGDPR and confidentiality requirements.\nSkills\nExcellent organisational and planning skills.\nStrong attention to detail and administrative capability.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nProficiency in producing reports and interpreting workforce data.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nWorkforce fulfilment rates for match-day and non-match-day operations.\nTime-to-hire and recruitment completion rates.\nCompliance and Right to Work completion rates.\nPayroll accuracy and query resolution.\nWorkforce deployment effectiveness.\nEvent workforce readiness and operational coverage.\nAudit compliance scores.\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
