The Receptionist/Housekeeper will manage the Aramark service delivery within the business s. Reporting directly to the Unit Manager, the role holder will deputise in the managers absence.\nThis permanent position is based in Sligo . The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop their career within a growth organisation.\nResponsibilities\nProvide front of house and reception services.\nHandle duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner\nManage and respond to the customer’s requirements and requests to ensure a high level of customer support to Aramark Clients\nManage visitor signing in process\nTake calls and messages and if necessary e-mail to Manager without delay\nCheck e-mails and react accordingly\nEnsure all activities are carried out are in accordance with H&S policies\nTo ensure that all Aramark stock on site is properly managed and that all monthly stocktake reports are completed correctly.\nTo ensure all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order and highlight areas of concern in this area.\nTo ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.\nComplete cleaning duties.\nTo ensure that the cleaning schedule is carried out satisfactorily.\nTo monitor CCTV, recording any issues, resolve or issues that need to be raised to a higher level.\nOversee fire Safety and Health and Safety within the business.\n Previous experience in a similar Role\nGood standard of education\nExcellent Personality and Customer Service Skills\nStrong IT skills to include the use of Microsoft Word and Excel\nAbility to multi-task and work on own initiative\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
