This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of business contracts, leading high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the region.\n Lead, support and develop a high-performing team of Front Line Managers across the region.\nEstablish clear, consistent and effective communication channels across all sites.\nBuild and maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring service expectations are understood and delivered.\nSupport contract negotiations for new, retained and underperforming contracts, ensuring client requirements are fully understood.\nDeliver financial commitments across the region, including revenue, margin management, cost control and trading profit.\nReview and interpret key performance and metric reports relating to financial performance, labour productivity and food productivity.\nEnsure compliance with company systems, standards and processes across all operational areas.\nCollaborate with Front Line Managers, peers and internal partners to deliver the regional business plan.\nOversee consumer relations activity, including completion of annual surveys as agreed with the Regional Operations Director.\nTake ownership of quality, health, safety and compliance activities across the region.\nComply with the Business Conduct Policy at all times and promote a professional image of Aramark.\nMinimum of five years’ experience in contract services, retail operations, hospitality or facilities management at middle management level within a demanding environment.\nProven operational management experience, ideally within a multi-site environment.\nDiploma qualification or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing within a P&L environment.\nExcellent people management skills, with a strong track record of developing and motivating teams.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with geographically dispersed teams.\nCustomer-focused approach with the ability to build effective client, customer and employee relationships.\nResults-driven, with proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver innovative solutions.\nStrong presentation skills and the flexibility to travel as required\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated regional leader to make a meaningful impact within Aramark Food Services, supporting operational excellence, client satisfaction and continued business growth across Leinster and Munster.\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
