We're looking for a reliable individual who thrives in a collaborative team setting and is committed to creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.\nServe customers with professionalism and warmth, providing friendly and attentive service at all times\nProcess transactions accurately using the till system and handle cash and card payments securely\nStock shelves neatly and maintain eye-catching product displays that attract customer attention\nReceive deliveries, verify stock accuracy, and organize inventory in designated storage areas\nMonitor stock levels closely and report shortages or discrepancies to management promptly\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized retail environment that meets health and safety standards\nFollow food hygiene protocols and company policies consistently throughout your shift\nSupport the opening and closing procedures of the retail unit as required\nAssist with merchandising initiatives and promotional displays to maximize sales opportunities\nWork collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience\nRespond to customer inquiries with patience and knowledge, offering solutions and product recommendations\nMultitask effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail and service quality\nResolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism\n **What We're Looking For**\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service\nStrong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail\nProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, busy retail environment\nComfortable working as part of a cohesive team and capable of working independently when needed\nPositive, reliable, and professional approach to work with strong time management skills\nFlexible mindset and genuine willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities\nBasic numeracy skills for accurate till operations and stock management\nPhysical capability to lift, carry, and move retail stock safely and efficiently\nAvailability to work flexible scheduling, including potential weekend and evening shifts\nPunctuality and dependability in meeting attendance and performance expectations\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively\nExperience handling cash and processing payments accurately\nAbility to remain calm and resilient under pressure\n**Preferred Qualifications**\nPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality environments\nFamiliarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or till operations\nKnowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards\nExperience with inventory management or stock control systems\n**Note:** Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and comprehensive onboarding will be provided to the successful candidate.
