# Retail Sales Assistant

Aramark are currently seeking a retail assistant to join our extremely successful team on our client site.. Responsibilities Be responsible for the food preparation and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained in your work area and associated areas, as directed. Ability to multi-task, handle multiple roles as required, and use initiative as needed: have good organizational skills and work consistently with attention to detail. Be willing to work on the tills, coffee stations, food service counters or floor as required, and be welcoming and helpful to all customers using our services. Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries as required. Carry out any tasks required in preparing and serving food and beverages and always maintain a clean and safe working environment. Observes infection control and HACCP policies in food handling storage and ensure that all the necessary information is recorded accurately. Know and follow fire and disaster plans and reporting injuries policies. Ensure the correct manual handling procedures are adhered to when lifting or moving anything while
