As an individual contributor, the role supports business growth by providing mining domain expertise, contributing to solution development, and helping customers address operational challenges through digital technologies.\n Support presales activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, proof-of-concept engagements, and proposal development.\nCollaborate with business development and commercial teams to understand customer requirements and develop value-driven solution proposals for mining companies, EPCs, and industrial organizations.\nPrepare solution documentation, technical narratives, implementation approaches, and commercial inputs for customer proposals.\nSupport opportunity tracking and contribute customer, market, and competitive insights to strengthen business opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain reusable proposal content, solution templates, and presales assets for mining and minerals use cases.\nContribute to improving proposal quality, presales processes, and customer engagement activities.\nSupport the design of digital solutions addressing mine planning, fleet management, processing optimization, asset reliability, tailings monitoring, and operational performance improvement.\nAssist in translating mining operational challenges into practical, scalable, and deliverable digital solutions aligned with customer objectives.\nSupport technical discussions by presenting solution capabilities, business benefits, and implementation considerations during customer engagements.\nApply knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments to support integrated digital solution development.\nMaintain awareness of mining technologies, automation trends, industrial analytics, and digital transformation practices to enhance solution offerings.\nEnsure proposed solutions align with customer operational requirements and existing\nParticipate in customer discovery workshops, site visits, technical assessments, and solution presentations with mine site and corporate stakeholders.\nBuild effective working relationships with mining engineers, operations teams, asset managers, and technology stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with product, engineering, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with implementation capabilities.\nSupport the successful transition of opportunities from presales to delivery through effective documentation and knowledge transfer\nContribute to the development and maintenance of solution assets, industry use cases, methodologies, and knowledge repositories for mining and minerals solutions.\nShare knowledge, lessons learned, and industry best practices with colleagues and project teams.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen presales effectiveness, customer experience, and solution quality.\nMaintain awareness of emerging mining technologies, market trends, and industry best practices to support ongoing capability development.\n Education:\nBachelor's degree in mining engineering, Mineral Processing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certifications in mining technologies, industrial automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technologies are preferred.\nExperience:\n\n8-12 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, technical sales, digital transformation, or industrial technology roles within mining, resources, or related industrial sectors.\nExperience supporting B2B opportunities involving mining companies, EPCs, or industrial organizations.\nExperience working on mining technology or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.\nSkills & Competencies:\n\nGood understanding of mining operations across open-cut and/or underground environments and associated digital transformation opportunities.\nFamiliarity with mining technology platforms, including fleet management systems, asset performance management solutions, process historians, and industrial analytics platforms.\nStrong knowledge of mining operations, mineral processing, and asset-intensive industrial environments.\nGood solution consulting, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills.\nAbility to translate customer operational challenges into practical and commercially viable digital solutions.\nWorking knowledge of OT/IT convergence, industrial automation, and mining digital technologies.\nStrong proposal preparation and technical documentation skills.\nEffective stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical
