Purpose of the Job Support function to Commercial manager, evaluate and visits monthly down trade & lost accounts YOY & YTD, achieve stringent revenue growth targets on pre- allocated customers. Job Description Core nature of duties: Area: Key Responsibility: % Weighting: Growth Aggressively drive growth within existing customers (Conducting full supply chain analysis) on pre- allocated list of accounts along with the respective CRM team members. Ensure the relevant stakeholders are involved and monthly revenue growth targets are achieved. 60% Retention Compile branch down trade report and personally visits each and every down trade & Lost account on a monthly bases with or without respective CRM’s. Present comprehensive report back to Commercial manager to support recover strategy. 30% Team development CRM in-field (On the job) assessment, guidance and recommend necessary training. (Product and skills) 10% Key Responsibilities Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel particularly decision makers (FD’s, MD’s, CEO’s etc.) Perform daily customer visits - Seeking Growth opportunities Min 3 customer visits a day Responsible for teams monthly do
