Portfolio Planning & Coordination\nSupport the development and maintenance of portfolio-level plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource views\nCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned and up to date\nAssist in capacity planning and prioritization discussions\n2. Delivery Tracking & Go -Live Management\nMaintain and update go-live trackers for projects and BAU initiatives\nSupport validation of delivery timelines, readiness status, and milestones\nWork with project teams to ensure complete and consistent delivery updates\n4. Governance & Review Support\nCoordinate inputs for Delivery Review Board (DRB) and other governance forums\nEnsure that delivery status, risks, and updates are captured and aligned across trackers\nSupport preparation of portfolio-level summaries and insights\n5. Dependency & Risk Awareness\nWork with project managers to track key dependencies across projects and portfolios\nHelp identify potential impacts to timelines or delivery outcomes\nFacilitate early visibility of risks and interdependencies\n6. Financial & Resource Tracking\nSupport consolidation of financial data (including CAPEX and PR tracking)\nAssist in aligning financials with delivery plans and demand priorities\nContribute to maintaining a clear view of resource utilization and spend\n7. Reporting & Leadership Support\nConsolidate inputs for leadership reporting (including CDTO updates)\nEnsure data shared is accurate, consistent, and timely\nHelp highlight key updates, trends, and areas requiring attention\n8. Governance & Data Consistency\nHelp maintain consistency across key trackers (Demand, WSR, DRB, Go-Live,Finance)\nSupport data quality and version control practices\nContribute to maintaining a single, reliable view of portfolio data\n9. Project Delivery Support\nWork alongside delivery teams to support project execution frameworks, tools, and templates\nEncourage adoption of consistent planning and governance practices\nShare and promote good practices across portfolios\n10. Portfolio & Resource Planning\nSupport the development and maintenance of resource plans across the portfolio, including demand vs. available capacity\nWork with portfolio leads and project managers to provide visibility on resource allocation across initiatives\nHelp identify areas of over-allocation or under-utilization, enabling informed discussions\n11. Capacity Planning\nContribute to capacity planning activities by aligning demand with available resources across portfolios\nSupport prioritization by providing insights into resource constraints and availability\nHelp maintain a forward-looking view of capacity vs. demand to support planning cycles\n12.
