freight consolidation process for express shipments, ensuring bookings are secured and shipments are uplifted according to schedule.\nCollaborate closely with carrier partners to forecast capacity, negotiate bookings, and optimize shipment plans in response to operational demands and volume fluctuations.\nContinuously monitor shipment progress and carrier schedules, swiftly identifying and escalating any potential delays or disruptions to minimize service impact.\nMaintain proactive communication with warehouse teams to ensure timely cutoffs and seamless handoffs, facilitating smooth daily consolidation operations.\nRespond promptly to operational inquiries, providing accurate updates on House Air Waybill (HAWB) statuses and shipment movements to internal teams and external partners.\nEnsure all shipment and booking data is meticulously captured and maintained in transport management systems to facilitate tracking and reporting.\nManage competing priorities effectively, focusing on time-sensitive shipments to uphold high standards for service delivery within established deadlines.\nSupport operational flexibility by providing coverage during peak periods or as business volumes fluctuate, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance consolidation efficiency, contributing to ongoing operational values.\nJob Requirements - Experience and Education\nExperience in air freight, logistics, supply chain, or a related transportation operations environment is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with air freight consolidation processes and HAWB documentation is preferred to ensure accurate shipment handling.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.\nKeen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and system records.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with carriers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative operations team.\nProficient in the use of email,
