optimize operational performance.\nJob Requirements - Experience and Education\nBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.\nMBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.\n4-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.\nProven track record of managing logistics operations in a leadership role.\nStrong understanding of logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS).\nExperience in budget management and cost control within logistics.\nKnowledge of local and international shipping regulations and compliance.\nExcellent analytical skills for performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.\nExperience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.\nExperience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies \nFamiliarity with inventory management principles and practices.\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and
