The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, optimizing transportation and warehousing costs, enhancing service quality, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.\nThe position works closely with commercial, operations, warehousing, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to develop commercially viable, scalable, and customer-focused logistics solutions that support business growth and profitability.\nJob Description\nLogistics Solutions Design: Develop and implement customized logistics solutions covering transportation, warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding, inventory management, and supply chain operations.\nOperational Optimization: Analyze existing logistics processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.\nCost Management: Develop cost models, analyze operational expenses, optimize resource utilization, and identify opportunities to reduce logistics and supply chain costs.\nCustomer Solutions and Support: Understand customer requirements and develop tailored logistics proposals, service models, and operational plans to meet agreed service levels.\nBusiness Development Support: Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to prepare logistics solutions, pricing structures, tenders, quotations, and customer presentations.\nProject Management: Lead the implementation of new logistics solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, system integration, process design, and operational handover.\nPerformance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery performance, cost per shipment, warehouse productivity, capacity utilization, and customer satisfaction.\nStakeholder Coordination: Work with internal departments, customers, suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless service delivery.\nTechnology and Systems: Identify and implement suitable logistics technologies, automation tools, and systems such as Transport Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and shipment tracking platforms.\nCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure logistics solutions comply with applicable transportation regulations, customs requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.\nContinuous Improvement: Apply data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance logistics performance and operational effectiveness.\nReporting and Analysis: Prepare management reports, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.\nTeam Collaboration: Provide guidance to relevant teams and support the development of operational capabilities, best practices, and service delivery standards\nJob Requirements - Experience and Education\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nA master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is an advantage.\nProfessional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, CILT, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.\n Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, or logistics solutions design.\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial, project leadership, or senior specialist role.\nProven experience in designing and implementing logistics solutions for customers or internal business operations.\nExperience in logistics costing, pricing, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization.\nDemonstrated experience managing logistics projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience working with logistics service providers, carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) operators.\nFamiliarity with logistics operations and regulatory requirements in the relevant market;
