This isn’t a standard \"reporting\" role-you will be a business generalist operating at the intersection of Supply Chain, Design, Marketing, and Founder's Strategy. You will be the \"engine room\" that translates data into execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nFounder’s Strategy: Own structured problem-solving projects that directly impact product development and the bottom line.\n\nSupply Chain & Design Ops: Optimise inventory health, track sell-through, build vendor performance metrics, and build robust supply forecasting models to help with demand planning.\n\nBusiness Systems: Build and automate daily/weekly dashboards using SQL/Python/Excel to keep the org data-driven.\n\nGrowth & Efficiency: Identify cost leakages and efficiency spikes across sourcing, production, and fulfilment.\nKey skills & qualifications\n\n1- 4 years of experience.\n\nAcademic Pedigree: B.Tech from IIT, NIT, or BITS.\n\nTech Stack: Proficiency in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
