Pune, Ahmedabad and Mumbai in the pipeline.\nWebsite:https://aramya.in/\nOur Team:https://shorturl.at/l6u\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused passionate individual to join Our Team as a Retail Operations Lead to drive and scale a world-class offline retail experience across our North region store network.\nThis role goes beyond managing stores - it is about owning regional performance end-to-end, driving consistency, conversion, and customer delight across every touchpoint, while building strong operational systems and teams that can scale rapidly.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams and own end-to-end store performance across the region - from customer experience and SOP adherence to team productivity and inventory discipline.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Customer Experience & NPS Ownership\nOwn and consistently improve NPS across all stores in the North region\n\nEnsure a superior, consistent, and differentiated in-store experience aligned with brand values\n\nTranslate customer feedback and insights into actionable improvements across stores\n\nDrive a culture of customer obsession within store teams\n\n2. Operational Excellence & SOP Adherence\nDesign, implement, and enforce robust daily SOPs across all North region stores\n\nEnsure discipline in store opening/closing, VM upkeep, trial room experience, billing hygiene, and service standards\n\nConduct regular audits and reviews to maintain execution quality\n\nBuild systems that ensure consistency without heavy central intervention\n\n3. Conversion & Store Productivity\nDrive store conversion across the region through strong on-ground execution\n\nEnable teams with clear selling frameworks, training, and daily targets\n\nIdentify and act on levers like walk-in quality, staff engagement, VM, and assisted selling\n\nTrack and improve key store metrics: conversion, AOV, UPT, and Revenue per sqft\n\n4. Inventory & Merchandising Discipline\nEnsure optimal inventory availability across sizes and key styles in all stores\n\nDrive strong inventory hygiene through defined refresh cycles and SOPs\n\nMinimize dead inventory while maximizing sell-through\n\n5. Team Building & Performance Culture\nHire, train, and manage high-performing store teams across the region\n\nBuild strong store leadership through capable Store Managers\n\nDrive retention through clear growth paths, feedback systems, and recognition\n\nDesign and implement effective incentive structures aligned with business goals\n\n6. Scaling Store Operations\nBuild scalable systems and processes to support rapid expansion across the North region\n\nEnsure consistency in execution across all locations as the network grows\n\nSupport new store launches - from pre-opening readiness to post-launch stabilization\n\nContinuously improve playbooks for store operations, staffing, and performance\n\n7.
