About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead Aramya’s fast-moving warehouse operations. You'll oversee inbound, storage, dispatch, and QC processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries. If you're hands-on, process-driven, and thrive in a fast-scaling D2C environment this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
Implement stringent QC processes, making sure any escalations are done timely
Ensure efficient space utilization and proper organization of goods.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Implement operational policies and procedures for warehousing activities.
Understand business requirements, monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and provide timely reports.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in [FMCG/Retail / E-commerce / Manufacturing].
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
Proficiency with MS Excel , WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Increff, WMS)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team under high-pressure environments.
