In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the full talent acquisition lifecycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating ATS. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in Human Resources or Technical Recruiting.\nCompensation\nThe internship begins as an unpaid program, offering an immediate pathway to convert to a paid position based on a successful performance review at the designated milestone.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplicant Tracking System (ATS) coordination: Provide ATS administrative tasks - interviewers’ access, candidate records, pipeline building, and application screening in our ATS (JazzHR).\nRecruiting Operations: tracking recruitment metrics, updating job postings, and preparing weekly reports.\nResume Screening: Review inbound applications against basic role requirements to help build candidate shortlists.\nInterview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multiple time zones.\nCandidate Communication: Serve as a secondary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely updates and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.\nCandidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, campus outreach, and employee referral networks.\nCommunicate with the Recruiter on follow-up tasks & updates.\nQualifications & Skills\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nExcellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to multitask.\nAdvanced Google Workspace and MS Office tools\nComfortable learning new digital tools (experience with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter)\nDriven, go-getter’s mindset, and entrepreneurship\nAbility to handle confidential candidate information discreetly.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nDirect mentorship from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.\nReal-world experience using industry-standard recruiting tools and ATS systems.\nDeep understanding of interview loops, candidate management, and hiring strategy.\nGlobal experience working with professionals distributed across Europe, Asia, America, etc.\nWhat Makes Arango Special?\nAt Arango, we believe that AI is only as powerful as the data foundation.
