This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to optimize cloud-based applications and services.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and monitor cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.\nProvide customer support for cloud systems and applications, resolving technical issues promptly.\nWork closely with IT teams, developers, and system administrators to troubleshoot and implement solutions.\nDeploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems in the cloud.\nMaintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures.\nEnsure optimal performance and reliability of cloud systems and services.\nImplement and maintain security measures to protect cloud infrastructure.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years in cloud support or related field.\nProficiency in cloud platforms primarily Microsoft Azure; strong understanding of network protocols and security measures.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nRelevant certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate preferred.\nAbility to adapt to changing technologies and work environments.\nStrong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.\nExcellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.\n*This role is designated as hybrid with in-office days are Wednesday and Thursday\nAras was recognized as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for PLM Software in Discrete Manufacturing Industries. The total expected base salary range will be between $90,000 - $110,000. This position is also bonus eligible. The posted salary range applies to the listed location only. Pay for other locations is based on local market rates and may differ.
