This role is primarily focused on application development in .NET, with strong expectations around cloud-native delivery on Azure and modern DevOps practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead a team of 6 engineers, owning delivery, execution quality, and technical direction at the team level.\nAct as the primary representative of the team, partnering with stakeholders and contributing to team-level planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.\nContribute 30-40% hands-on in building and evolving backend services using .NET 8 and .NET 10.\nContribute 30-40% hands-on in building and evolving product toolset based on PowerShell and Azure DevOps.\nDesign and implement cloud-native applications deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\nDrive end-to-end delivery using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.\nWork with infrastructure defined via Terraform and Crossplane.\nEnsure production readiness: security, observability, reliability, and performance.\nOwn code quality, testing standards, and technical debt management within the team.\nBalance on-call and customer priorities with team level delivery commitments\nMentor engineers, drive clear technical communication, and enforce high engineering standards.\nParticipate in L3 on-call rotation, handling incident triage and driving root-cause resolution.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong focus on backend development in .NET.\nProven experience as a tech lead or senior engineer leading delivery for a team.\nHands-on experience building and operating applications on Azure (AKS, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, network services) or a similar cloud stack.\nSolid understanding of containerized applications and Kubernetes\nStrong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).\nStrong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.\nClear communication skills to drive alignment and execution without ambiguity.\nSelf-driven, with a bias toward ownership and delivering outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and GitOps workflows.\nHands-on experience with Grafana LGTM stack.\nExperience with high-availability, production SaaS
