Are you an experienced Project Manager able to lead PLM implementation projects for some of the largest manufacturing companies in the world?

Then you might be our new Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects according to the statement of work
  • Perform the overall day-to-day Project Management to ensure that deliverables are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints
  • Lead all project communication, gate reviews, risk management, and open issue activities.
  • Provide project metrics to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare project status reports and keep the Team, Management, Clients and others informed of project status and related issues and escalations
  • Lead meetings with project team and client personnel (including client executives) on business or technical level discussions. Ability to drive towards consensus within the group
  • Supervise and manage project teams that may be located either onsite or offshore
  • Organize project teams ensuring that the project is adequately resourced and has the appropriate skills, competencies, and capacity
  • Identify and manage change requests by documenting the change and getting customer approval.
  • Analyze and manage project risks in collaboration with the project team to inform stakeholders on project status by creating necessary reports
  • Manage budget in accordance with the project pricing model including managing the project purchase orders ensuring that these are received and processed in accordance with internal procedure
  • Establish and maintain activity planning for use internally and externally taking into account effects that can affect realization of activities and milestones
  • Control time management of projects by managing hours or deliverables by employees within our delivery system and ensuring that it matches the contract with the customer

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • The ability to work and successfully interact with client executives and management staff members
  • Proven strong project management skills with accountability for end-to-end delivery
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal individuals and external customers. Must be an effective communicator in difficult customer situations
  • Excellent written communication skills to create Statements of Work, specifications, project plans, and other project documentation
  • Clearly demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • A thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Proven with deployment experience with enterprise software implementations in a Project Manager role, preferably within PLM
  • Strong planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • A highly organized and self-motivated drive with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • The ability to create work breakdown structures, assist in estimation, validate estimate confidence, and develop a schedule
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • The ability to work with all levels of the organization (Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and within the Professional Services Group) in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to identify active project risks, monitors for risk triggers, and executes contingency plan
  • Fluent in English and Swedish for communication in an international environment
  • Swedish citizenship is required
  • Willingness to travel
  • As you will be working in a mostly remote working organization, it is important that you are able to work independently but at the same time have a strong team spirit.
