You will work with our world-class engineering team to drive excellent customer experiences with our SaaS Offering.\nAt Aras, you will contribute to an environment that thinks creatively, works efficiently, and leveragesworld-class technology.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and maintaincustomer cloud environmentsfor operatingthe Aras PLM Platform.\nWork Closely with DevOps, support,and development teams.\nWork with cutting-edgetechnology in the cloud(Azure preferred).\nImplement automationto continuously reduce toil for Customer operationsusing CI/CD processes.\nBe part of a team that introducesnew technologiesanddeploysservices to multiple cloud environments and regions.\nSolve technical problems, guidevarious teams (internal & external), and continually improve our systems, deployments, operations, monitoring,and overall cloud activities and costs.\nProvide technical expertiseand ownership in the diagnosis and remediation of security and privacy issues of the Managed Services offerings,including internal and external technical communication.\nSetup cross-regionenvironments using automated or manual procedures.\nRespond to customer support issues related to these environments.\nMaintain industry knowledge ofthe latest trends, technology, and practices.\nParticipate in the 24/7 duty officer and on-call shifts.\nTechnology stack:\nMicrosoft Azure\nAzure DevOps, CI/CD\nGit\n.NET Core, PowerShell\nDocker\nK8S\nTerraform, Packer\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperienceworking in cloud computing, virtualization,and containerexperience - Docker, K8S,and more.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.\nAdvanced networking knowledge - Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP - troubleshooting, performance tuning.\nMonitoring systems and SLA tracking.\nHands-on experience administering and supporting high-scaleProduction workloads.\nEverything as a code approach.\nPositive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.\nAdvanced networking knowledge -
