Collaborate with the strategy team to prioritize requirements and deliver customized solutions. \n\n4. Analyze complex technical issues related to markets, strategies, and systems. \n\n5. Independently identify the root causes of problems and make well-rounded decisions based on needs. \n\n6. Provide regular system operation and maintenance support for trading activities. \n\nSkills & Preferred Qualifications \n\n1. Strong passion for technology and software development. \n\n2. In-depth C++ experience and solid foundational knowledge in computer science. \n\n3. Enthusiasm for solving open-ended problems using analytical methods. \n\n4. Solid understanding of multithreaded application design and development. \n\n5. Excellent project coordination and communication skills, adaptable to a dynamic trading environment. \n\n6. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related.\n\n7.
