As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own the design process from the first idea through launch and beyond, and you'll push past buttons and screens into motion, sound and haptics that make Modo as fun to use as the games inside it. Now is a great time to jump in while the team is lean and the playbook is still being written.\nOpening Moves\nGet close to our players, our product and our codebase, and spot the biggest opportunities to improve the experience\n\nShip your first end-to-end project alongside product and engineering\n\nThe main game\nOwn design from discovery through UX flows, UI, prototyping, design QA and launch\n\nChallenge assumptions, explore alternatives and recommend solutions you can back up\n\nDesign mobile-first journeys that handle user states, edge cases, accessibility and regulatory constraints\n\nStay close to engineering and iterate based on how the product performs\n\nBonus rounds\nUse motion, sound, haptics and effects to make rewards and moments feel great\n\nBuild functional prototypes with AI and explore working directly in our codebase\n\nKeep finding new ways to make our design workflow faster and better\n\nYour starting stats\nYou've spent 3+ years in product design and have a strong portfolio of shipped work that shows you owned the project end to end\n\nYou have sharp UX and UI fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, spacing, color and interaction design, plus a feel for complex flows and edge cases\n\nYou're strong in Figma and have used Claude Code or Codex to speed up your work, prototype ideas and solve problems, and you can show how AI improved your process\n\nYou're comfortable with ambiguity and keep work moving without constant oversight\n\nYou think about the business impact of design decisions and use feedback, testing and product metrics to judge results\n\nYou know frontend basics, responsive design, design systems and how to design within an existing codebase's styling\n\nYou communicate clearly, give and take feedback well, and work well during overlapping team hours\n\nLevel-ups (not required)\nExperience in gaming, iGaming, social casino, sweepstakes or other regulated industries\n\nA feel for game design, player engagement, reward mechanics and progression systems\n\nExperience with Rive, After Effects, Blender, Unity or Spline\n\nExperience with AI tools like ElevenLabs, Higgsfield or similar\n\nApps, side projects or prototypes you've built with AI, ideally with a minor frontend change or two in a real codebase\n\nFamiliarity with React, frontend workflows, A/B testing or product analytics\n\nWhy you'll want in\nYour work won’t stop at screens.
