In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers across the company and lead cross-organizational people initiatives that enable our employees and the business to grow together.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with Arbe’s managers, including R&D, to translate business priorities into people plans and organizational solutions\nWork closely with managers to build strong, effective teams, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and foster a consistent leadership culture across the company\nLead and support core HR cycles, including leadership development, engagement, performance reviews, organizational change, and workforce planning\nAdvise managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, career development, and workplace challenges\nUse people data and insights to proactively identify organizational risks and opportunities, diagnose root causes, and work with leaders to implement practical solutions\nPromote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture built on trust and accountability\nContribute as an active member of the HR team, leading strategic initiatives while sharing ownership of the team’s ongoing priorities and operations\nRequirements\n8+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech company or fast-growing startup\nProven experience as an HRBP for R&D organizations, with a solid understanding of engineering team dynamics\nBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Labor Studies, or a related field;
