This role will act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring smooth execution, managing local stakeholders, and working closely with delivery team to drive the success of the POC and further business expansion.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Execution & Delivery:Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots / Productisations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.\n\nDefine and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.\n\nCoordinate between technical team and local business stakeholders.\n\nStakeholder Management & Business Growth:Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.\n\nCommunicate project progress, risks, and milestones to senior finance leaders and operations teams.\n\nIdentify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and drive additional AI implementations.\n\nTeam Coordination & Risk Management:Manage the delivery team, ensuring timely execution of tasks.\n\nMonitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure all project activities comply with the clients finance regulations and operational requirements.\n\nAI Strategy & Process Optimization:Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Teams to refine the AI-driven workflows.\n\nValidate the impact of AI-driven process optimizations and ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\nPlan for the transition from POC to full-scale implementation.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n10+ years of overall project management experience with decent experience in finance operations, AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), and automation projects.\n\nProven experience managing client engagements and delivering high-impact projects.\n\nA strong understanding of finance operations workflows and digital transformation in financial services is a plus.\n\nFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).\n\nExperience working with AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), RPA, or automation technologies is a strong plus.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a
