This role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of training programs while aligning with client expectations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the training and consultancy industry.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1.Project Planning & Execution:\nDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nOversee end-to-end execution of training projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.\nCoordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.\nWork with the Learning Experience Team to deploy relevant digital tools in all training projects.\nTake over projects from the Solutions Team to ensure the delivery of agreed contractual scopes.\n2.Client Engagement & Relationship Management:\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of training initiatives.\nConduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure expectations are met.\nMonitor and enhance client satisfaction by gathering feedback and implementing improvements.\nBuild strong client relationships to drive long-term engagement and repeat business.\n3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with the Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to align project strategies with business objectives.\nCollaborate with trainers, content developers, and facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery.\nManage dependencies across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and timelines.\nWork with the Marketing Team to coordinate success story showcases and produce promotional videos that highlight expertise and impact.\n4.Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization:\nTrack and analyse project performance, ensuring key metrics such as client satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely delivery are met.\nIdentify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.\nEnsure all training programs meet quality standards and are delivered within scope and budget.\nProvide constant reporting on project execution and update internal systems to ensure transparency.\n5.Financial & Procurement Management:\nProcure competitive rates from trainers and other suppliers to optimise project budgets.\nSupport the collection of outstanding bills by coordinating with clients and internal teams.\n6.Industry Expertise & Continuous Improvement:\nStay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and emerging technologies in corporate learning.\nContinuously enhance project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nAct as a thought leader, sharing insights and best practices within the Success Team.\nKey Qualifications:\nProven experience in project management, preferably within the training, consultancy, or education sector.\nStrong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, trainers, and internal teams.\nExpertise in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess project risks and implement proactive solutions.\nFluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly preferred.\nHigh attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelors or Masters degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.\nExperience in managing training programs, corporate learning solutions, or L&D projects.\nKnowledge of AI-driven learning platforms and digital training tools is an advantage.\nWhy Join Us?\nWork in a fast-growing training and consultancy firm with a strong impact on corporate learning.\nBe part of a dynamic and innovative team that delivers high-profile training solutions.\nOpportunity to manage diverse projects and work closely with leading industry professionals.\nNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.
