This includes curtain wall systems, cladding, doors, windows, balustrades, and other aluminum-related components. The Site Engineer will act as a bridge between the design, fabrication, and installation teams, ensuring all work aligns with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and manage on-site installation of aluminum systems (e.g., façade, windows, doors, curtain walls).\n\nCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.\n\nReview drawings and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.\n\nConduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is executed according to standards.\n\nMonitor and report progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.\n\nEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies at the site.\n\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding site work updates and issues.\n\nAssist in preparing work schedules, resource planning, and manpower allocation.\n\nMaintain documentation of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and quality control records.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in site engineering roles within the aluminum/facade/glazing industry.\n\nStrong knowledge of aluminum systems, materials, and installation techniques.\n\nFamiliarity with construction drawings, AutoCAD, and site measurement tools.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.\n\nProficiency in MS Office and project management software is a plus.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nUnderstanding of architectural and structural drawings.\n\nKnowledge of relevant
