You will turn what customers ask for into clear, buildable specs. You will keep engineering, deployment, and clinical teams working from one plan, and make sure every campaign goes live on time and works as designed. The role combines program management, requirements discipline, and close work with customers.\nCampaign calendar ownership:\nOwn the master campaign calendar across all customers: launch dates, outreach waves, refresh cycles, pauses, and end dates.\n\nPlan around the deadlines that matter in healthcare, including HEDIS and Star measurement year end, seasonal campaigns like flu, Medicare marketing windows, and each customer’s own reporting cycles.\n\nSpot capacity conflicts, dependencies, and timeline risks early, and lead the tradeoff discussions before dates slip.\n\nRun a regular launch readiness review so every campaign has the right inputs, approvals, and QA signoff before it goes live.\n\nRequirements and intake:\nRun campaign intake with customers and internal teams. Capture goals, target populations, measures, outreach rules, escalation paths, scheduling logic, and how success will be measured.\n\nTurn business and clinical requirements into clear specs that engineering and deployment can configure without guessing.\n\nKeep a single source of truth for each campaign’s requirements, versions, and approvals, so that what launches matches what the customer agreed to.\n\nRun change control on live campaigns: log requested changes, assess their impact, get the right signoffs, and schedule them into releases.\n\nCross-functional coordination:\nCoordinate the full launch process across customer data files, script and clinical review, compliance approval, configuration, QA, and go-live.\n\nBe the main point of contact for campaign timelines on customer projects. Give status updates that are short, accurate, and honest about risk.\n\nWork with QA and engineering after launch to make sure issues found on live campaigns feed back into requirements and process.\n\nProcess and tooling:\nBuild and maintain the templates and checklists that make launches repeatable: intake forms, requirements specs, readiness checklists, and launch runbooks.\n\nTrack delivery metrics such as on-time launch rate, intake-to-launch cycle time, and change volume, and use them to improve how the team plans.\n\nHelp bring the tools we use to manage the calendar and campaign configuration, which are still maturing, up to the level of a team running many campaigns at once.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n3 to 6 years in project or program management, implementation, or technical operations on a software platform with live customer deployments.\n\nA proven record of running several concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines.\n\nStrong requirements discipline.
