decision-making, and help teams deliver greater customer value.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate backlog refinement, requirements creation, customer research synthesis, acceptance criteria definition, and team communication.\nLead the development team in executing roadmap priorities and achieving sprint and release goals.\nForecast release dates, communicate progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.\nResolve impediments impacting successful completion of team objectives.\nPrioritize and coordinate resolution of defects impacting customer experience.\nEnsure the team has a healthy backlog and clear priorities.\nServe as the primary point of contact for product-related questions from development, support, implementation, and business stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve team effectiveness through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous improvement.\nStay current on evolving customer needs, product practices, and emerging technologies.\nRequirements\nEssential Qualifications\nOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience using data, analytics, and AI tools to support decision-making and execution.\nAbility to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment.\nAbility to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience working in SaaS software organizations.\nExperience delivering products through iterative software development practices.\nExperience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and decision-making.\nDemonstrated use of AI to improve product delivery, customer outcomes, or operational efficiency.\nExperience supporting or delivering AI-enabled product capabilities.\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience delivering customer-facing software products in a SaaS environment.\nAbility to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.\nAbility to build strong collaborative relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Customer Success.\nCuriosity
