Senior Investment Lead

Your Role

We’re looking for a Senior Investment Lead to drive the strategic growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem across the capital markets community, spanning investment firms, asset managers, and research analysts. Reporting to the Head of Investment Strategy, you will build and help drive relationships across the investment landscape, develop institutional-grade materials and positioning, and identify high-value opportunities that advance Arbitrum's market standing.

Your Responsibilities

• Investor Prospecting and Relationship Building: Build and maintain scalable systems to identify, conduct due diligence, and support engagement with both crypto-native and traditional investment organisations. Identify opportunities to develop firm relationships and onboard new partners aligned with Arbitrum's strategic priorities, with the support of executives and internal stakeholders.

• Investment Positioning: Prepare and deliver compelling materials that advance the investment positioning of the ecosystem, such as investment collateral, financial information, ecosystem updates, and investor Q&A.

• Investor Coordination: Coordinate and manage investor and financial partner meetings, roadshows, and other major capital markets-related events.

• Metrics & Reporting: Own CRM and pipeline reporting across key workstreams and relationship funnels. Support the definition and tracking of KPIs measuring Arbitrum's reach and influence across the investment community.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor market sentiment, peer digital assets industry positioning, and investment trends to surface insights that inform messaging and engagement strategy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to surface relevant data and ensure consistent, compliant market positioning across the organisation.

• Investment Due Diligence: Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate investment principles into actionable insights relevant to opportunities for investment and deployment of capital. Support end-to-end investment due diligence for selective investment opportunities.

What You'll Need

• 5- 8 years in investment banking, consulting, investor relations, or corporate development

• Demonstrated experience in investment analysis, relationship development, and financial markets, including transactions and fundraising

• Hands-on experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems, Ethereum, or other decentralised technologies

• Highly networked across the financial markets community and/or digital assets landscape

• Established relationships and working knowledge across the investment community, including crypto-native VCs, traditional asset managers, research houses, and prime brokerages

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise and present financial and business performance-related information clearly

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
