pay rate changes.\nPrepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.\nReconcile and investigate payroll discrepancies using Quick-books/Paychex and our proprietary software.\nSupport audits by providing records and documentation.\nRecommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.\nBill clients to align client billings with payrolls and contractual obligations, including creating QuickBooks entries and invoices.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nSkills & Qualifications:Proficiency in payroll software, such as ADP Workforce Now, Paychex, and Quickbooks.\nThree to five years of related experience in payroll processing.\nStrong analytical and
