As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to pre-licensed providers and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services. Your role is essential in maintaining the standard of care, promoting therapeutic excellence, and fostering the professional development of our pre-licensed staff.\nAs a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide supervision and oversight to one or more pre-licensed providers to ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based therapy services.\nMentor, train, and support pre-licensed providers, assisting in their professional growth, skill development, and adherence to ethical standards.\nProvide guidance and consultation on client treatment plans and intervention strategies.\nMonitor the quality and effectiveness of therapy services, conducting regular evaluation and providing ongoing feedback for competency development.\nGuide performance management interventions when relevant.\nProvide therapy services to a caseload of clients, maintaining a clinical practice of at least 6 clients per week (1099) or at least 12 clients per week (W2) in addition to your supervisory role.\nProvide professional clinical services, including individual, couples, and/or family therapy including: completing diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, designing and applying tailored interventions, evaluating client progress, and providing referrals and care coordination based on client needs.\nFollow company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.\nTimely completion of documentation and associated tasks to support billing and administration.\nExceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.\nAbility to work productively and effectively, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.\nOther duties as assigned.\nCompensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):\nSupervisor Pay Structure:\n Flat Monthly Rate Per Supervisee: Full-Time Supervisee (billing 24+ sessions/week): $375 biweekly or Part-Time Supervisee (billing ~12 sessions/week): $225 biweekly\nGroup Supervision Compensation: $150 per group session\nIntern Supervision Rate: $525 biweekly\n Compensation for Direct Services:Compensation split of net collections between 62-65%; paid bi-weekly *Estimated annual earning potential of: $107,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider\n W-2 Licensed Provider: 62% Compensation Split\n 1099 Independent Contractor: 65% Compensation Split\n\nFlexible schedule (set your own schedule & hours!) and telehealth options available\nBilling, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support\n Full benefits package available for W2 Employees billing an average of 24+ client hours/week as outlined below: 401(k) retirement plan with employer match\n Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents*\n HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses*\n Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage*\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources*\n W-2 Part Time and Full Time: Professional Liability Insurance\n Case consultation with colleagues\n\n*Indicates benefits available only to full-time W-2 Employees\nPlease note: We do not offer salaried positions.\nRequirements\nEducation:\nMaster's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.\nMN State licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.\nBoard Approval to provide Clinical Supervision under the Minnesota Board of Social Work, Behavioral Health & Therapy, and/or Marriage & Family Therapy is required.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in clinical therapy, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role and minimum of 1 year of previous group practice experience.\nDemonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy modalities and a commitment to professional development.\nStrongly Preferred: One or more of the following specialties:\nWorks with children under the age of 13 years old and/or comfortable supervising this work\nTrained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.\nExperience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc).\nAbout LynLake Centers for Wellbeing\nLynLake Centers for WellBeing is an established, integrative group mental health and wellness practice serving the Twin Cities, MN.
