Arc operates more than 150 events each year across HR technology, agriculture and food, financial services and investing, and education technology, with more than 350 colleagues across the UK, US, Netherlands and Singapore.\nLocation:London\nWorking Pattern:Hybrid\nEmployment Type:Full-Time, Permanent\nThe Opportunity\nWe're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Marketing Managerto play a key role in driving growth across Agriconnect's portfolio of five events and commercial products.\nThis is a broad marketing role combining strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, data and sales enablement. You'll work closely with Sales and teams across the wider business to create integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads, support sponsorship and exhibition sales, strengthen client relationships and contribute directly to commercial revenue.\nYou'll have real ownership of the commercial marketing agenda, with the opportunity to use data, insight and creative campaigns to identify, engage and convert new audiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nCommercial Marketing & Campaigns\nOwn the commercial marketing strategy across Agriconnect's events, media brands and commercial products.\nDevelop integrated campaigns across email, social media, SEO, PPC, partnerships and content.\nLead the commercial social media and PPC strategy, including managing external agencies.\nWork with Content, Design and Digital teams to develop engaging campaign assets.\nManage marketing budgets and optimise activity to maximise ROI.\nIdentify new opportunities to grow audiences, generate demand and support commercial growth.\nLead Generation & Sales Enablement\nDevelop targeted lead generation campaigns that create meaningful commercial opportunities.\nDeliver and nurture MQLs and SQLs in partnership with Sales.\nWork with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and client retention.\nDevelop lead nurture and marketing automation programmes.\nBuild campaigns that support both new business acquisition and existing client relationships.\nData & Audience Growth\nOwn the commercial data acquisition and database growth strategy.\nIdentify target sectors, organisations and decision-makers to build high-value prospect audiences.\nWork with Sales, Data and CRM teams to identify gaps and improve data quality.\nUse events, content, digital campaigns, partnerships and social media to acquire new contacts and consented data.\nDevelop segmentation and audience strategies to support targeted lead generation, nurture and account-based campaigns.\nMonitor database growth, engagement and conversion to demonstrate commercial value.\nInsight & Performance\nTrack campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, CPL, MQLs, SQLs and conversion rates.\nUse data and insight to optimise campaigns and inform future activity.\nStay informed on market trends, competitor activity and opportunities across the agricultural and B2B landscape.\nMaintain strong CRM data quality and governance.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a key marketing partner to the Commercial Sales team.\nCollaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Events, Editorial, Digital and Data.\nManage relationships with external agencies and strategic partners.\nAttend Agriconnect and relevant industry events as required.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in B2B marketing, particularly demand generation, lead generation or sales enablement.\nExperience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.\nExperience managing PPC, paid social and external agencies.\nStrong understanding of CRM and marketing automation.\nCommercially minded, with experience using data and insight to drive marketing decisions.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.\nHighly organised, adaptable and comfortable working at pace.\nExperience in B2B events, media, publishing, information or data-led businesseswould be advantageous.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to take real ownership of the commercial marketing agenda within a growing international B2B business.
