Tech stack of ArCa

We are looking for a skilled Middle .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, writes clean and testable code, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will be responsible for developing scalable Web APIs and optimizing high-load data interactions.

Responsibilities

Develop and scale high-quality Web API services.
Optimize data access layers using EF Core for maximum performance.
Integrate distributed systems using Redis for caching and Kafka for messaging.
Ensure code reliability through automated testing and Peer Code Reviews.
Collaborate with the team during Scrum ceremonies to deliver value every sprint.

Required qualifications

1. Core Expertise

C# / .NET: 3+ years of commercial experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+.
ASP.NET Core Web API: Deep knowledge of API design, Middleware, Dependency Injection, and security.
Entity Framework Core: Expert-level knowledge (Fluent API, migrations, and performance tuning).

2. Architecture & Quality

OOP & Patterns: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and practical application of Design Patterns.
Architecture Plus: Knowledge and experience with Clean Architecture, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and CQRS will be a strong advantage.
Principles: Strict adherence to SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles.
Testing: Mandatory experience with Unit Testing (xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest).

3. Infrastructure & Messaging

Caching: Experience with Redis or similar caching systems.
Message Brokers: Practical experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

4. Greatly Appreciated (The "Plus" Section)

Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle.
NoSQL: Knowledge and experience with MongoDB.
Optimization: Skills in Performance Optimization (query profiling and EF Core tuning).
Advanced Testing: Experience with Integration and End-to-End (E2E) tests.

5. Methodology

Agile/Scrum: Proven experience working in Scrum teams, participating in sprints, and contributing to daily stand-ups.

Additional information

Backend: .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core.
Data: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis.
Messaging: Apache Kafka.
Methodology: Agile / Scrum.
