This is a senior technical position, not people management: you lead through execution, mentorship, and architectural ownership.\n\nYou’ll independently own SRE projects from problem statement to production, make sound architectural decisions under ambiguity, and raise the bar for the engineers around you. Teammates will look to you for design reviews, debugging escalations, and “how should we approach this?” conversations. You’ll work autonomously while partnering closely with SRE leadership on roadmap, incident response, and platform strategy.\n\nYou don’t wait for direction.
