With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.\nRole description:\nThe Account Payable Associate is responsible for the daily processing of accounts payable invoices in a high volume, fast-paced environment. This includes validation of supplier invoices received, matching against pertinent supporting documents, and recording into the accounting system timely and accurately. The Account Payable Analyst works very closely with the other members of the AP team.\nRole accountabilities:\nManage the entire accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to processing; including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices in to the ERP\nProcess supplier invoices accurately and timely\nCoordinate with Accounts Payable Specialist for the timely and accurate payment of all payables\nAudit employee expense reports based on established criteria\nReconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts\nReconcile sub-ledger and general ledger transactions of accounts payable\nAbility to respond to queries and audit requests timely and accurately\nPrepare month-end/year-end schedules as required\nUpdate individual and team metrics regularly\nFiles /Archives supporting documents regularly\nPerform such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time\nHandle recharge invoicing accurately and timely\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred\n1 to 3 years audit and high-volume accounts payable experience, preferred\nExposure in a Shared Service or multinational environment is an advantage\nExperience with ERP systems is preferred\nStrong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)\nAccurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail\nGeneral GL account knowledge\nGood English verbal and written communication\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
