Develops tools and solutions to automate manual and/or inefficient processes.\nRole accountabilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain automation solutions that streamline operational processes, reduce manual workloads, minimize errors, and improve overall efficiency.\nContinuously identify opportunities to optimize and automate operational processes across the service catalogue using AI-first methodologies.\nDesign and enhance CI/CD and automation solutions supporting application upgrades, backup and restore, solution teardown, auto-scaling, auto-healing, disaster recovery, failover, and monitoring.\nImprove system availability, performance, latency, resilience, and reliability, defining and measuring appropriate Service Level Objectives (SLOs).\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using technologies such as Terraform, PowerShell, and ARM.\nPrioritize Microsoft Power Platform low-code solutions for automation, complemented by custom code where required.\nBuild and enhance Copilot Studio agents that leverage enterprise knowledge and invoke operational workflows, supporting AI-first, agent-based operations with human approvals and escalation paths.\nParticipate in key IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration, and Change Management, including CAB activities where relevant.\nProvide third-level support for internally developed CI/CD and automation solutions, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with product owners, service owners, technical teams, and external partners to define operational requirements, influence CI/CD architecture, manage service delivery, and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and acceptable risk levels.\nQualifications & Experience:\nExperience in IT service management and IT operational and maintenance tasks and processes with good understanding on how some of these processes can be automated.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CICD, Terraform, PowerShell, MS Power Platform, Copilot Studio agent building, Azure Functions, Automation Accounts & Runbooks.\n\n2-3 years of experience in a similar role\nWhy Arcadis?\n\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
