We are transforming, we are reimagining the industry and we are reimagining how communities and nations can help become more sustainable places to live for today and future generations.\nTechnology is the core and integral part of what we do, all the way for empowering Arcadians to harnessing power of data and AI/ML for sensors, IIOT and Advanced Drones, the technology teams are Dreaming Big and Delivering on future.\nRole accountabilities:\nCollaborating with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in Microsoft Azure Data Platform\nLeading and designing solutions on MS Fabric /Azure data platforms\nVery strong on database concepts, data modelling, stored procedures, complex query writing, performance optimization of SQL queries.\nMentor peers to gain expertise on Azure data platform solutions skills.\nStrong experience inT-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS\nAzure Data Factory\nAzure Data Lake Store\nAzure Data Lake Analytics (Good to have, not mandatory)\nAzure SQL DB\nAzure Data Bricks with Python/Scala\n\nExperience in building end to end solution using Azure data analytics platform.\nExperience in building Azure data analytics solutions with DevOps (CI/CD) approach.\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 8 years of hands-on experience working with Azure Data Platform technologies.\n\nIntermediate-level hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric:Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, ADLS Gen2, Notebooks, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Delta tables.\n\nExpertise in SQL (complex transformations, joins across modules, optimization, indexing strategies).\nStrong hands-on experience in PySpark, Delta Lake operations, and scalable distributed processing.\nAbility to build scalable and optimized data pipelines following best engineering practices.\nExperience with performance tuning, query optimization, and pipeline runtime improvement.\nStrong understanding of incremental load vs. full load mechanisms, including change detection, Delta merge operations, surrogate key handling, and data reconciliation.\nExperience working with Fabric notebooks, merging/joining large datasets, and handling incremental vs full loads.\nGood communication and ability to understand business logic behind systems.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
