In this highly visible role, you'll leverage your industry network, market knowledge, and strategic business development expertise to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and expand our presence across transportation, infrastructure, water, energy, and buildings markets.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive business development initiatives and market expansion strategies\nDevelop and strengthen relationships with owners, contractors, attorneys, program managers, and project executives\nIdentify and pursue opportunities within major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects\nLead strategic pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities\nPartner with subject matter experts to deliver innovative claims, dispute resolution, and change management solutions\nContribute directly to revenue growth and long-term client success\nWhat We're Looking For\n12+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, claims consulting, dispute resolution, change management, or related advisory services\nProven success in business development, account growth, and client relationship management\nEstablished industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectors\nStrong understanding of claims, project controls, schedule analysis, dispute resolution, and capital project delivery\nExceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills\nPreferred Experience\nHeavy civil, transportation, water, buildings, or major infrastructure projects\nCertifications such as CCM, PMP, PSP, CFCC, MRICS, or similar\nExperience supporting large and complex capital programs\n CA PE license preferred but is not required.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
