Role description: The Contracts Manager is responsible for administering the client’s contracts and supporting contractor procurement and coordination throughout the work. Role accountabilities:Drafting contracts, requests for qualifications, and requests for proposals in accordance with project and client requirements. Reviewing proposals and other available records, including health and safety information and financial documentation, needed to evaluate prospective contractors. Interviewing prospective contractors and providing clarifications and RFP addenda, as needed, to support a fair and complete procurement process.
