The Data Specialist will also play a key role in maintaining data quality, supporting stakeholders with Oracle Sales Cloud issues, and driving process improvements through knowledge sharing and mentorship.\nStrategically oversee data architecture and governance across complex systems, ensuring high data integrity and alignment with organizational goals.\nDeliver high-impact analytics through predictive modeling, trend analysis, and data storytelling, influencing senior leadership decisions and shaping long-term business strategies.\nMentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven thinking into core business processes.\nRole accountabilities:\nResponsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:\nData Analysis & Insights\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to generate fact-based insights that directly influence business strategy, sector priorities, and performance outcomes.\nIdentify, interpret, and communicate trends, patterns, and key metrics (e.g., win-loss rates, pipeline health, market dynamics) to stakeholders.\nDeliver value-driven analysis and reporting leveraging Sales Cloud data to support core business priorities and growth initiatives.\nCollaborate with Growth teams to monitor, evaluate, and report on new products, innovations, and strategic initiatives.\nEmploy descriptive and predictive analytics to forecast outcomes, highlight opportunities, and mitigate risks, advising senior leaders and account teams on data-driven decisions.\nReporting & Visualization\nLead the development, automation, and maintenance of comprehensive Sales Pipeline reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.\nWork with senior Growth leaders and account teams to design and deliver tailored reporting for key clients.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of sales and financial data across Oracle Sales Cloud, Redwood, and Integrated Growth Reporting platforms.\nTranslate complex data into clear executive-level dashboards, visualizations, and insights that drive informed strategic decisions.\nStakeholder Management & Advisory\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Sector Directors, Account Leaders, and senior stakeholders to align analytics and reporting with business objectives.\nAct as a trusted advisor to account teams, providing data analysis, insights, and recommendations that identify whitespace, growth opportunities, and deeper client engagement.\nInfluence strategic decision-making by presenting complex analysis in a concise, actionable manner tailored to senior leadership.\nPartner with cross-functional leaders within Growth function to ensure analytics solutions are business-driven, impactful, and aligned with organizational priorities.\nData Quality & Governance\nLead initiatives to identify data integrity issues and implement sustainable solutions, ensuring consistent and reliable data across systems.\nOversee data quality processes and support troubleshooting for Oracle Sales Cloud and Redwood users.\nDrive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices while maintaining governance, compliance, and data stewardship standards.\nCollaboration & Enablement\nAct as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior team members, strengthening organizational capability in data analysis, visualization, and automation.\nChampion data literacy, fact-based decision-making, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.\nProactively identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes.\nOversee the management and development of SharePoint sites to facilitate reporting, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the sector.\nAutomation\nLead the design and development of user-friendly business applications via Microsoft PowerApps to address business challenges and improve efficiency.\nBuild and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.\nMonitor, evaluate, and continuously improve Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.\nDocument all automation solutions thoroughly, including technical specifications, process maps, and user guides.\nPartner with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with IT and organizational strategy.\nContinuous Improvement\nLead or contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability, and automation within growth operations.\nDeliver flexible and timely ad hoc analyses and executive reporting to meet emerging business needs.\nStay informed on emerging tools, technologies, and analytics practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of data-driven strategy.\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field\nAt least 4 years proven working experience as a Data Analyst\nWorking knowledge of programming and scripting languages including Power Query, DAX, JavaScript, and JSON.\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Oracle Sales Cloud (or comparable CRM systems)\nFamiliarity with SharePoint site creation and administration is preferred.\nExperience with data modeling, connectors, and data transformations.\nMeticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining consistently high standards.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.\nEnthusiastic, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.\nProven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization to generate actionable insights.\nDeep understanding of data quality management, governance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to
