In this role, you will perform technical engineering activities within your discipline, contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions while ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements are met. Working within our Design & Engineering teams, you'll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening public places that bring people together.\nYou will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, support project delivery, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. This position offers the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise while contributing to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions\nRole accountabilities:\nDeliver assigned project elements in accordance with established engineering, quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements.\nPerform engineering calculations, analyses, designs, models, reports, and technical documentation with limited supervision.\nSupport the development and implementation of engineering solutions for projects of varying complexity.\nConduct investigations and technical assessments to support design decisions and problem-solving activities.\nContribute to the design and development of engineering solutions while building an understanding of multiple project components\nCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions.\nWork closely with project teams across Arcadis GECs and regional offices to support project delivery and resolve technical issues.\nDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and project team members.\nCommunicate project progress, technical updates, and delivery requirements to relevant stakeholders.\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.\nProfessional Engineering license or registration, where required by local regulations\n5-7 years of relevant professional engineering experience.\nExperience supporting the delivery of engineering and design projects within a consulting, infrastructure, or engineering environment.\nStrong technical knowledge within a specialist engineering discipline.\nAbility to independently perform engineering tasks and solve technical problems using an evidence-based approach.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExperience applying quality, risk, and safety principles in engineering projects.\nAbility to guide and mentor junior team members.\nStrong planning, organization, and time management skills.\nProficiency in engineering software and relevant desktop applications used for technical analysis, design, and reporting.\nKnowledge of sustainable engineering principles and best practices.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
