With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.\nRole description: Enable reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery by designing, building, and operating DevOps platforms, pipelines, and practices that support global enabling function products and services.\nRole accountabilities:\nIndividual accountabilities:\nLeadership\nAct as a senior technical leader and role model for DevOps practices across enabling function software teams.\nMentor and support engineers and product teams in CI/CD, automation, reliability, and operational excellence.\nCollaborate closely with software engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams to align delivery practices.\nProactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in the software delivery lifecycle.\nTechnical Skills\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable software releases.\nImplement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for cloud and platform environments.\nEmbed security, compliance, and quality controls into delivery pipelines (DevSecOps).\nSupport cloud-native architectures, container platforms, and automation tooling.\nTroubleshoot complex delivery, infrastructure, and production issues across environments.\nAccountability\nAccountable for adherence to agreed standards, guardrails, and governance for enabling function software delivery.\n\nKey Shared Accountabilities:\nContribute to achieving enabling function software delivery performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency targets.\nSupport continuous improvement of shared platforms, tooling, and engineering standards.\nQualifications & Experience:\nA minimum of 5 years and up to 15 deep hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, and platform engineering\nStrong technical expertise in GitHub Actions, C#, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Terraform.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.\nProven ability to balance delivery speed with security, reliability, and quality.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
