With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.\nRole description\nSupport the production of project deliverables including drawings that are accurate, clear and concise, compliant with Arcadis and client standards, best practice and any other standards dictated by the nature of the project \nDeliver/assist to manage projects or programmes of work, ensuring appropriate use of resources to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines \nPresent any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure the delivery of projects to compliant standards \nAnalyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making \nUse knowledge and experience to review project processes and policies, providing advice and developing and improving processes and systems where necessary \nLiaise with project teams to resolve queries about projects supported, ensuring an efficient and high-quality provision of information and work to all internal clients \nCollect data from a range of sources and prepare documents and undertake data analysis to ensure senior management have quality information to facilitate decision-making \nIdentify and select appropriate technology solutions and provide relevant information to allow informed business decisions and the delivery of value \nAccountable for delivery of timely and accurate data collection, analysis and reports \nResponsible for communicating and highlighting document process compliance issues to project managers \nResponsible for monitoring and escalation of project management KPIs and performance metrics \nResponsible for communicating and highlighting project process compliance issues to project managers \nResponsible for performance management of project teamOur office is located in Liège, but the role requires travel to the client site in Bissen.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nIdeally document control experience (3-5+ years) working on multi-million Euro construction projects\nFluent in English/French\nHave familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines. \nA logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects \nGood written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships \nSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work under broad direction \nAdvanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. Google Suite of Documents, Adobe Acrobat Advanced etc.) \nProficiency in using and implementing a variety of electronic data management software and systems \nWell organised, attention to detail, flexible and professional \nExcellent time management skills \nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
