You will play a\nkey role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics.\nThe successful candidate will be based 100% in country or there will be significant travel (11/3 Rotation) to either Norway or Finland\nRole accountabilities:\nProvide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan\nVerify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public.\nHold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.\nEncourage the proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program.\nOversee EHS performance on the project/site.\nReview incident records and verify that all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.\nEnsure incidents where personal injuries occur are thoroughly and appropriately investigated and ensure closure of subsequent action items.\nParticipate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action items.\nContinuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and project / site inspection reports.\nConduct performance evaluations to include personal EHS involvement and performance.\nQualifications & Experience:\nFirst and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life.
