With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.\nRole description:\nArcadis is seeking an experienced Field Technician with Light Equipment Operator experience and PVC and HDPE pipe fitting skills to join the Arcadis Construction Services (ACS) group in Tampa, FL. This will be an up to 100% traveling role at client sites across the United States. The role will support the Arcadis Construction Service Business Line. Projects will primarily consist of remedial excavation, remedial system installations, demolition and general light equipment and labor associated with a wide variety of project needs. Job specific training will be provided by Arcadis, as needed.\nAs a Field Technician with Arcadis, you'll soon discover you can make a difference in our company by collaborating with staff and contributing to an interesting array of projects. Your career growth will only be limited by your skills and your passion for success!\nRole accountabilities:\nAs a Construction Supervisor you will be responsible for the tools and equipment used during a given project including but not limited to maintenance and inspection of provided equipment, operating light construction equipment in a variety of weather conditions and geographical locations, operate equipment in a professional and safe manner, demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations; decrease turnaround times; and work cooperatively to provide value and quality service.\nRequirements:\nAble to travel to project sites as needed (up to100% travel)\nRead and implement field plans\nBe able to pass proficiency tests with a variety of wheeled and tracked heavy equipment.\nIn this role you must be willing to travel as needed and may include single overnight trips, possesses a valid driver license, be able to pass medical exam and medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator, and be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. of equipment throughout 8-hour shift.\nQualifications & Experience:\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience environmental construction and remediation\nValid driver’s license\nPreferred Qualifications:\n40-hour HAZWOPER or ability to pass HAZWOPER training upon hire\nOSHA 30 hour certification\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
