With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.\nRole description:\nManaging a team to proactively support Project Managers to ensure Arcadis projects are set up, forecast, billed and closed in a timely manner as set out in the Arcadis Way Principles. Work closely with Business Partners to ensure accurate reporting of performance, minimise working capital and escalate risks identified.\nRole accountabilities:\nProvide effective management to engage, motivate and develop all direct reports\n\nBuild trusted relationships with Business Directors to ensure appropriate quality and service\n\nDrive improvements in working capital by reviewing and driving billing/cash collection\n\nTrain Project Managers on Oracle and support where required\n\nAdvise Project Managers on efficient project set-up structures, ensuring revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS\n\nIdentify continuous improvement and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the wider finance team\n\nSupport Project Managers to reforecast projects as required; identify and challenge project performance changes to drive accuracy of month end reporting\n\nSupport on project reviews as required; report any risks identified to management\n\nEnsure reliable and accurate month end reporting of project performance\n\nSupport Business Partners interpret month end results\n\nComply with Arcadis Way policies and procedures\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nPart qualified Accounting qualification or equivalent by experience\n\nAbility to organise, motivate and develop a team\n\nRelevant experience of working in a medium/large organisation\n\nExcel and ERP to a medium proficiency\n\nAttention to detail and consistent high standards\n\nGood inter-personal and communication skills\n\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
