You will further develop your technical foundation to apply mechanical engineering principles in real projects, using industry-standard tools and contributing to high-quality design deliverables across multidisciplinary teams. Your role will help you build proficiency in mechanical building systems such as HVAC, while progressively taking on more responsibilities in design, coordination, and documentation.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nUnder the supervision of experienced engineers, your role will include, but not be limited to:\nApply engineering principles in the design of mechanical building systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).\nPrepare drawing markups, engineering calculations, schedules, and other design documents as assigned.\nBuild on existing proficiency in Revit and other mechanical design and calculation software.\nPrepare technical reports and presentations.\nFollow company standards, procedures, and design quality-check processes.\nManage assigned tasks within agreed timelines and budget while working in a structured project environment.\nApply safety-in-design principles ensuring system accessibility, maintainability, coordination, and buildability are integrated into your design decisions.\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in building services.\nKnowledge of mechanical building systems, including HVAC fundamentals.\nGood understanding of norms and standards related to HVAC.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nWillingness to learn new tools, systems, technical skills and ways of working.\nDemonstrates good planning, organization skills, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.\nInterested in long-term professional growth within an engineering consultancy environment and actively continue to develop personally and technically through regular CPD training.\nNice to have\nMaster’s degree in building services.\nBasic knowledge of Revit MEP.\nBasic knowledge of mechanical (building services) specialized software (Revit, HAP, Design Builder etc.).\nCandidate to show out-of-the box thinking in order to identify any opportunities for automation or innovation.\nKey attributes\nProfessional attitude toward time, tasks, and deadlines.\nCapable of working within a multi-national team.\nProactive in asking questions, seeking feedback and having a supportive attitude.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
