Some key accountabilities include:\nManage project or programme documentation, work to correctly classify all documents and data produced until date.\n\nAbility to select systems and tools appropriate for the work, develop and implement project-specific Information Management and Document Controls processes and procedures\n\nAssign and correct document numbers and naming convention to all project documents.\n\nThere would be an expectation to go to the clients office in London 1 day a week.\n\nWe work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations. We are here to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations.\nRole accountabilities:\nDevelop and implement a document control system for the programme.\n\nUnderstand the configuration and administer the different systems used for the control of management\n\nManage information management policies, processes, and procedures across a design project.\n\nProvide and review use of document numbers in accordance with the agreed document naming protocols.\n\nAlign the document control processes with mandatory IM and security management compliance requirements.\n\nFile, prioritise, and action multiple documents across various projects\n\nProvide communications and training to rollout the developed processes within each project and the use of SharePoint and other similar platforms used for the delivery of the project.\n\nReview of the document management function to deliver ongoing service improvement and the maintenance of quality standards.\n\nProvide training to all team users, such as information stored, available and useable\n\nCoordinate with the project team alignment of BIM protocols and relevant ISO Standards.\n\nCorrect document naming and numbering to meet standards.\n\nCreate, Maintain and own the MIDP.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nRelevant business experience across multiple sectors\n\nManagement of small to medium sized project (AKA ‘core’ sized projects) and experience in major projects and programmes\n\n‘Expert’ level expertise in service capability\n\nKnowledge of own community managed and an understanding of service and business lines\n\nExperience in managing business relationships at management level\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\n\nRelevant professional qualification or chartered status\n\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
