  • Lead and support construction-phase activities, including RFIs, submittals, design clarifications, change orders, field changes, and technical issue resolution.

  • Monitor construction progress, schedule performance, quality, safety, labor resources, sequencing, and potential project risks.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to help ensure construction activities remain aligned with design intent, specifications, contract documents, and project requirements.

  • Participate in and lead project meetings, construction coordination meetings, site walks, constructability reviews, and progress discussions.

  • Identify potential delays, conflicts, material constraints, and construction risks and work with project stakeholders to develop practical mitigation strategies.

  • Provide oversight of QA/QC activities and promote a strong culture of safety and accountability throughout project delivery.

  • Review construction documentation and maintain appropriate tracking and follow-up of open project items.

  • Support project turnover, closeout, as-built documentation, and resolution of outstanding construction items.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders while providing clear, timely communication on project performance, risks, and key decisions.
