This is your opportunity to lead technically challenging assignments, drive project success, and help create sustainable solutions that make a positive impact on communities and the environment.\nRole Accountabilities\nLead and manage multi-disciplinary rail engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.\nProvide effective leadership and technical guidance to project teams, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded.\nDevelop and maintain project programmes, financial controls, and reporting systems to drive continuous improvement.\nOversee resource allocation, supplier selection, and performance management to optimise project outcomes.\nChampion health, safety, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.\nFoster team development through mentorship and support, helping others reach their full potential.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related discipline (Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution desirable).\nSignificant experience in UK rail projects, including strong knowledge of Network Rail GRIP processes and procedures.\nProven track record in the design and management of major electrification schemes and LV building services.\nExperience as a competent Designer, Checker, and/or CRE in renewals, signalling power, point heating, and DNO supplies.\nStrong technical expertise in rail M&E systems for depots and stations, with a solid understanding of BS7671.\nExcellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in project and commercial management, including change control and programme delivery.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
