Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions are essential.\nSuccessful candidates will be innovative problem solvers with a passion for building secure, maintainable, and enterprise‑grade applications that support Arcadis's commitment to digital excellence and sustainable growth.\n\nRole accountabilities: \n\nCollaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex low‑code applications and automation solutions.\nPartner with process owners to map existing workflows, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into scalable application designs.\nDesign, develop, and implement enterprise‑grade low‑code solutions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and related automation technologies.\nIntegrate VBCS UI/UX with back‑end services such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP Database, OCI Queues, and potential Oracle Fusion integrations.\nEnsure all solutions adhere to low‑code standards, guardrails, and global data and software governance requirements.\nBuild secure, maintainable, reusable, and enterprise‑ready applications that support consistent compliance across the organization.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform hotfixes, and validate post‑deployment functionality.\nPartner with business teams, IT, data platforms, and third‑party vendors to identify automation opportunities and deliver end‑to‑end process improvements.\nSupport existing Power Automate solutions while architecting future‑state redesigns using enterprise‑approved technologies.\nManage incident and problem resolution, as well as service request queues, ensuring high levels of end‑user satisfaction.\nContribute to the delivery of scalable, stable, and high‑performing automation processes that meet enterprise demand.\n\nQualifications & Experience: \n\nMinimum 4+ years of experience in enterprise low‑code application development and process automation.\nDemonstrated success delivering automation solutions in a global, multi‑national, multi‑vendor environment.\nHands‑on experience with Oracle VBCS, automation tools, and enterprise integration technologies.\nProven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.\nExperience managing incidents, service requests, and production support activities.\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering enterprise‑grade automation solutions at scale.\nExposure to agile development methodologies.\nUnderstanding of application security, compliance, and data governance best practices.\nExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP DB, OCI Queues, or Oracle Fusion integrations. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Automate and enterprise automation platforms\n\nWhy Arcadis\n\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
